 Are you having difficulty joining your live event?

 Troubleshooting Tips:

  • Ensure you are joining the correct event and check the date and time with your confirmation email.
  • If you are joining using Google Meet, ensure you are signed into your DDSB Google account and not a personal Google account
 Having difficulty connecting to a Teams event using a computer or Chromebook?
Cancel Open in Teams

Click the link for your event.

If you see a message asking you to open Microsoft Teams, choose "Cancel".

 

 

 

Watch on webYou will be brought to a screen like the one on the right.

Choose "Watch on the web instead".

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Join AnonymouslyChoose "Join Anonymously" on the next screen.

Teams LogoEnsure that you have the "Microsoft Teams" app installed on your device.

 

 

 

 

Open the appWhen you click on the link below, you will be brought to a screen like the one on the right.

Choose "Join as a Guest" on the next screen.
